Absolutely fantastic experience. Staff (we dealt with George) was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Have had our bed & pillows for 10 months with not an ounce of regret. Decided to also get the strap on knee pillow- best invention ever. I have better sleeps when I have it on. Can totally recommend Back To Sleep!

Thanks to Jess and Natalie at (Back to sleep ) in Balwyn . I now sleep comfortably with no neck pain. I decided to wander into the store whilst walking my dogs to have a chat about my neck problem while sleeping. It was the best thing I could have done. I experienced fantastic customer service and support. After a great consultation with Jess I was advised on the pillow that would serve me the best . I tried to get a massage out of Jess when she informed me of her qualifications but to no avail . Ha Ha Jess also suggested for me to purchase a gel underlay as my mattress is firm. Which I set out to get, I now sleep amazing and wake with minimum pain and I didn't spend no where near as much as I thought it would cost ,one of the reasons why I didn't do any thing about it. I'm so glad I walked in to your store it has changed my life . Thanks a million ladies keep up your great work which clearly shows how passionate you are about helping people get their best nights rest . I have been telling anyone who cares to listen. My husband and I are enjoying our seventh year of an excellent mattress purchased at Back To Sleep. We couldn't be further apart in terms of physical differences (he's tall, I'm not) and, like most people, we have unique differences (he has a flat back, mine is curved). Yet, we both have consistently comfortable sleeps on the same mattress, unlike previous mattresses. I have recommended George and his team to many of my clients who have been equally satisfied. I bought my bed from Back to Sleep a few years ago now. I went for the top of the range mechanical bed, with the three tiered mattress. Besides the luxury of all the different positions from reading, watching tv and zero gravity for meditating is just such a game changer.Being someone who has struggled with sleep all my life I finally found something natural that has helped me. I wake up feeling a lot better and have had no back issues since.A lot of beds claim to compare but without trying them I doubt it. I've bought a few beds in my life because of my sleeping problems and nothing compares. They are really lovely people there too and have since bought a massage chair which is absolutely awesome and great for friends too when they come over. I highly recommend Back to Sleep, they are one of the last remaining companies who really deliver on their promises and have maintained great customer service since.

As a Chiropractor I’ve always been asked to recommend a pillow brand and I can confidently say these are the best pillows I’ve come across. I not only advise my patients to get them to maintain postural alignment while asleep but I don’t go anywhere without mine! Changed the way I sleep and I no longer have a stiff neck in the morning.

Thank you George for advising me on the best pillow that suited my needs. Since buying my Gel Infused latex Pillow on Friday, i am already getting better quality sleep and no more sore neck!!! I have delayed giving my review until I had slept in my new bed for atleast 5 days. my verdict is that these beds will not disappoint!!! I was recommended to go check out 'back to sleep' and I was pleasantly surprised at the detailed service I received from Natalie. Not only did I learn all about mattresses but I was learning from someone who has a background in remedial massage, so she new exactly what area was my trouble spot and how best to support it. We got the mattress that suited both myself and my husband and pillows that worked best with our individual needs. (best pillow ever) I will be highly recommending the guys at 'back to sleep' to anyone who has a back issue or is in need of a good quality bed and good quality of sleep. 200% satisfied and so glad I took the advice to check them out!!! What great service, quality and above all prompt delivery and great support. These guys know their stuff. They listen to what their customers are saying and tailor a package to suit need, budget and time frame. Daughter LOVES her new mattress. Oh and that base with the draws, what a space saver. The bedroom has never been so clean. Teenagers love to mess up a room. Well not anymore. Daughter says this is the best sleep she has ever had. Wakes up every morning completely refreshed and ready to tackle a big year 12 day. Best of all it was delivered when promised (daughters birthday). so I have one happy teen, who never made her bed and is now making it every morning as she loves her new bed. There's absolutely no other place like back to sleep! Trying to understand what mattress to get is so confusing and I hated going into your typical bed store, as I felt they just wanted to sell me any mattress. back to sleep was completely different. The moment I walked in, there was something different. Natalie was my consultant and her knowledge on the human body and the education I received was second to none. If you want more than a salesperson, you can't go past back to sleep!

I decided it was time to look for a new bed. Not knowing where to turn and feeling overwhelmed by the choice, I was lucky when my brother recommend I visit the team at Back to Sleep. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. They take into account your personal sleep patterns, don’t overwhelm you by asking you to lie on dozens of beds and they check your posture and the support the bed offers your particular body. I can’t thank the team enough for the top class products I walked out with. The experience is tailored to each individual. It’s an experience you’ll wish more stores offered.

Could not recommend this place enough. Staff display a high level of knowledge about sleeping posture/positions and use that to help you select an appropriate mattres that suits your needs. I was extremely impressed with Natalie today on my visit. I arrived late but there was no issues and the whole experience for me was positive. I did not feel like I was in a department store with a pressure salesperson by my side. It was relaxed and I really had to restrain myself from giving her a hug at the end. I really did feel that relaxed. There was no pressure. Just knowledgeable application of their practice. I have not had this experience of the science of sleep before and I must admit it made so much sense and resulted in so much comfort. I am looking forward to my new mattress and will update when I have actually slept a few nights on it.

We went and saw Natalie yesterday about some pillows. She was excellent in her knowledge and understanding. She listed to the reasons why we needed pillows and understood exactly what we needed. She explained what the pillows selected did and how they would work. She explained so well why we needed that type of pillow. All in all very professional, very attentive, great customer service. Had one of the best sleeps in a long time and hardly snored which is exactly as she predicted. I would recommend anyone that wants a pillow to go and see the staff at Back to Sleep. Brilliant.

Had an awesome experience here on Saturday. Connie was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right pillow after years of neck issues. Having constantly bought incorrect pillows in the past from department stores, I was a bit nervous but it was great to go in and actually try them on a mattress similar to my own with Connie helping me with options. I met with Natalie on Saturday and I have to say it's one of the best things I have done. I have been having ongoing neck and shoulder issues and after numerous osteopath visits, looking into a new pillow was suggested. Natalie was amazing and being a health professional she understood what my issues were and what I needed. She was great in explaining why I needed what she recommended and I am loving my new pillow. My neck and shoulder pain have reduced significantly and I'm sleeping so much better. It's money well spent and I'm so glad I made the trip to Back to Sleep. I'll be returning in the future for my new bed.

Went to Back to Sleep for a supportive pillow under instructions from Osteopath and had a consultation with Natalie. She was amazing, her consultation was very informative and the assessment to determine what was best for me was very thorough. My journey with Back to Sleep started a month ago after sleeping on a so-called spring mattress for more than 2 years. My partner and I was fed up with the shoulder pain we get every now and then because of a low quality mattress we were using. We were searching online for a good mattress and finally came across Back to Sleep.We initially booked a consultation. Connie attended us and I should say that she was exceptionally friendly and informative about the mattresses, sleep postures, etc. She was very helpful in choosing the right mattress and also arranged for a fast delivery as we were moving house. We are very much impressed with Connie's professionalism as well as her empathetic nature. Finally got our mattress last week and we are having such a peaceful sleep after a really long time. My partner is super happy that he is not getting any pains nor disturbed. We will go back again to buy our pillows and we would recommend to anyone who needs better sleep :D

I was desperate to get a good pillow after years of suffering from neck and shoulder pain. I have tried various other pillows from department stores and finally decided to get a proper pillow consultation at Back to Sleep. I met with Connie who was very professional, friendly and helpful with her assessment of my needs. Her knowledge and understanding of sleep posture issues was very thorough and informative. She was also very empathetic and extremely patient as I tried various pillows to find the one that was best for me. Needless to say, I absolutely love the new pillow that I bought!! It has helped me sleep so well and has made improvements on my neck even just after one night's sleep. I would highly recommend a visit to Back to Sleep if you are after high quality service, very knowledgeable and professional staff that can help with getting the right pillow for you. Booked a consultation and Natalie was there to help me out with a new mattress and pillows.After reading reviews from everyone, she definitely did not disappoint. She is very experienced in the field and showed that to me through her knowledge. She is also understanding on what you need and what suits best and not just trying to market or sell a bed like other retail stores out there. After experiencing this consultation, I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of a new mattress/pillows to book for a consultation! Very happy with the customer service, the experience and knowledge. Time will tell if we love the pillow as much but I expect that will be great or wouldn’t have purchased. Highly recommended.Edit: it has been some months since this purchase and I personally couldn’t be more happy. There are literally not enough words in the English language to describe just how amazing back to sleep are ! My current mattress was causing me so many issues so my chiropractor told me to have a chat to the team at BTS.Due to covid I had a phone consult with Connie and WOW someone give this woman a medal !!! She had so much knowledge about sleep, sleep hygiene, posture and she took the time to understand my needs and went over the notes my chiro sent her. I visited Beck to Sleep last week and was given expert advice by Connie who took a great amount of time to listen to my sleeping issues and offer some very helpful advice regarding my purchase of a new bed (and pillow) . It was most refreshing to be able to deal with someone who obviously knows what she is talking about and was able to guide me though my requirements. Thank you Connie !

I cannot recommend George and Back to Sleep highly enough! After realising that it had been so long since my last mattress, I dragged my adult son along and got new mattresses and pillows for both of us. We have had them for a week now and neither of us have slept so well in years. The professionalism and knowledge went far beyond just great customer service. As always - I will be recommending you to anyone that will listen!

George and his team are amazing. We went 6 years ago as our sleep was terrible, we were in pain and woke up feeling groggy. George assessed our needs and provided the perfect bed and our sleep has never been better. We also bought a massage chair which I was worried about the cost but oh my has been one of the best investments! Just came back this week for a single king bed for my 4yr old son. George was still delightful, knowledgeable and assured me we wouldn’t need a new mattress for my little one for many years. I really recommend going to see him and the team to invest in your well-being.
