What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit, Cheque (upon clearance) and Cash.
Are there interest-free payment options?
- Yes! We are proud merchants of Certegy Ezi Pay, Open Pay and Zip Money
Do your prices include GST?
- Yes, as an Australian company all our products’ prices include GST except for those products that are GST free. Products that are GST free are clearly noted.
Are you an NDIS Provider?
- Yes! We are categorised under Assistive Technology Consumables.
Can I claim my purchase?
- Unfortunately, claiming via your health insurance is not available. However, if you have been approved for WorkCover, Transport Accident Commission (TAC) or other funding, we can assist. Contact us on 1300 854 557 or email info@backtosleep.com.au to enquire further.
