WE ARE A PREFERRED PROVIDER

Our adjustable beds, HiLo adjustable beds, mattresses, uplift chairs, walkers, pillows, quilts, mattress & pillow protectors and ancillary products are all approved for many different State Government, Commonwealth Government & Non-Government Funding programs. We pride ourselves on being able to provide comfortable sleep solutions to help you sleep better, live better® and work tirelessly to ensure that everyone has access to the quality sleep they need. Your requirements are assessed alongside our products, by specially trained Health Care Professionals, with years of experience working with all kinds of people. We will work alongside your OT, Plan Manager, Physiotherapist or Support Co-Ordinator to ensure the correct products are acquired for your needs.

WHAT IF BACK TO SLEEP AREN’T CURRENTLY A PREFERRED PROVIDER FOR MY SERVICE PROVIDER?

Our dedication to you, your health and your wellbeing, ensures that if we are not currently registered as a preferred provider, we will liaise directly with your service provider and will take care of any paperwork required ensuring the elimination of setbacks for you.

HOME CARE & AGED CARE PACKAGES

HOW IT WORKS

Under the  Aged Care Act 1997  &  Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997  the Australian Government provides a subsidy to an approved provider of home care to coordinate a package of care, services and case management to meet the individual needs of older Australians. This program provides support to older people with complex needs to help them stay at home. Approved aged care service providers work with care recipients to plan, organise and deliver Home Care Packages. Individuals are assessed by a professional assessor using a nationally consistent assessment framework.

There are four levels of support:

  • Home Care Level 1 – basic care needs
  • Home Care Level 2 – low level care needs
  • Home Care Level 3 – intermediate care needs
  • Home Care Level 4 – high care needs

During the assessment process each individual’s priority for care is also determined. When care commences all approved providers must deliver home care package services under a consumer directed care. WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The program supports older people with more complex needs to stay at home. They must:

  1. Register with My Aged Care
  2. Be referred for an assessment to find out whether they’re eligible.

We provide an assessment of your sleeping posture and spinal alignment resulting in guidance, tips and tricks to help improve your sleep quality. What’s more, the consultation is guided by a trained Health Care Professional who will work alongside your OT, Plan Manager, Physiotherapist, and Support Co-Ordinator to ensure the most suitable outcome is met. We want to make sure one of our consultants are available to focus on YOU and YOUR needs, which is why we ask you to book ahead.

Our adjustable beds, Hi Lo adjustable beds, mattresses, uplift chairs, walkers, pillows, quilts, mattress & pillow protectors and ancillary product options are all available to your clients and our specially trained Health Care Professionals are ready to assist in finding the best solution. STEP BY STEP GUIDE

WHAT ARE THE STEPS REQUIRED FOR GETTING A BED FROM BACK TO SLEEP THROUGH MY FUNDING?

  1. You book a complimentary consultation to be conducted in-store or via phone
  2. The consultation is conducted by one of our specially trained Health Care Professionals with your OT’s presence (if required)
  3. Your OT liaises with your Service Provider to provide their OT Assessment & back to sleep quote
  4. Your service provider liaises with back to sleep directly to organise the paperwork and payment
  5. Once payment is received by back to sleep, your order will go into production and a delivery ETA will be arranged
