Our large spacious Balwyn showroom has ample room to conduct consultations and trial products with ease. At consultation stage, we offer clients, their family members, allied health professionals and/or case managers a private relaxed space to gather and discuss. 

Free in-home product trials:

We know how important it is to find the right product to suit the client’s specific needs. Whether you’re exploring different options or just having trouble deciding with confidence the right fit for your client, we offer free in-home product trials of some of our most popular products, including wheelchairs, walkers/rollators, body positioning cushions and mobility scooters.

CPD training sessions at our showroom:

We offer 'continuing professional development' training sessions (CPD’s) regularly at our Balwyn showroom. These popular sessions include structured learning activities designed to enhance the professional skills and knowledge of allied health professionals. Our CPD events are always fun and insightful, and we always ensure food & beverages are available for our guests to help them feel more than comfortable. We know the importance of some quiet time. Sometimes you just need an hour or 2 to catch up on some emails in a quiet, relaxed environment. That's why we offer allied health professionals and/or case managers working in and around the Balwyn area one of our 2 available quiet rooms at our showroom to use and enjoy.
