This CareWave XL Back cushion by Medifab supports the patient in a sitting position or in lateral decubitus position in bed. Depending on types of armchairs, it can also be used as a wedge.

The cushion contains polystyrene micro-beads, along with a stretchable Polyurethane cover which allow for specific positioning for pressure relief, support and comfort. These cushions have an anti-microbial treatment and are easy to clean and disinfect.
