Received very quickly after ordering. Install was easy and the delivery people were very efficient and respectful. The bed is fantastic and I sleep so much better now, it has relieved many aches and pains that come with playing sport.

The person I spoke to on the phone was nice. However, claimed they could not help me as could not find my details in the system and instead arranged for someone to call me back. A person called George rang me, was extremely guarded, and contradicted himself as one minute he claimed styles had changed, then next minute claimed still had same style (as that quoted some time ago) but prices had changed. Getting information out of him (re current stock they had) was like pulling teeth! He was a terrible salesperson as he lacked ability to build rapport, find out what one is looking for, and advise of what is available! It was that painful that I had to hang up on him! HOWEVER, NATALIE RANG THE NEXT DAY AND MADE UP FOR IT BY PROVIDING THE SERVICE THAT I WAS ORIGINALLY SEEKING. IT ALWAYS TAKES A WOMAN! :-) She explained the difference between original items viewed some time ago, and upgraded range and features of it, and offered opportunity to come into store in near future to discover new range (which I will do asap) !

Our consultant Natalie was fantastic! She spent time gathering information from my partner and I, having us try out different mattresses and pillows. She was excellent at understanding our needs and supported us to find a resolution to choose the right mattress. Nothing was too much effort. It was an excellent experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Natalie and Connie were so kind, and thorough with their help. Natalie took so much time to help me find exactly what suited my needs best, and was so caring and patient. I was very nervous going into my first consult but Connie and Natalie made the whole experience so easy and in no time i felt relaxed and calm. They were very informative and answered questions I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. I felt my every need met, any concerns addressed, and have never felt more comfortable in a bed than in the set they prepared for me. I can’t thank them enough for everything.

Had an appt with George & Connie from Back to Sleep, Balwyn last Friday, went there basically to buy a specialized bed as my mattress was 15years old! I was blown away by the type of service I got and the knowledge George had being that he is a Chiropractor! Anyways did not plan to leave with a deluxe version of the bed I wanted but once George explained the value I’ll get out of my electrical bed, I thought this is an investment and at my age 49 will most likely save me money on chiro & medical bills in the long run! Honestly had a great experience felt very comfy during these Covid times and they really looked after me price wise! I honestly recommend anyone to try this experience & I will be recommending you to many of my family & friends! Thankyou for looking after me George really appreciate it! Can’t wait for this beautiful Deluxe royal bed to arrive! 😀😀😃

My partners and i had an appointment with back to sleep, walked out with smiles on our faces.We began sitting on a couch, giving all our information of which the lady took notes and didnt rush , then proceeded to explain the 1st bed and took us to the 2nd bed.Explaining the difference and cost in the two.I made my decision extremely fast with comfort anyway. She answered any questions that were given to her and had a very pleasant nature.We didnt feel like a number, we felt like people who counted, even though the bed was for me, my career also had to look out for my best interests and all was taken at hand. Very impressed.Will pass the place on to others I know that have other bad ailments.

After visiting one of the mainstream supposedly ‘back specialist’ bed retailers, we were left very disillusioned - the sales rep was mainly interested in trying to work out how much we were prepared to spend and his recommendations were misleading and confusing. Luckily, we just happened across back to sleep and dropped in and spoke to George. He gave us a very informative introduction about the company, their products and how their consultants help clients choose the most appropriate bed, mattress and pillow for their individual needs.We then came back for a consultation with Natalie who was absolutely fantastic. My wife has sleeping issues and we have different needs. With Natalie’s expert advice and after trialling options in the showroom, we decided on adjustable king singles with individually different mattresses and pillows (including knee pillows). To our pleasant surprise, the cost was significantly lower than what we had been quoted for a much inferior recommendation from the ‘specialist’ retailer.The ordering and installation process was handled in a very professional, reliable and timely manner.We have our beds side by side with shared top bedding - an arrangement that works perfectly for us. Right from the time we received our new beds two months ago, we have both slept very well - my wife better than she has for years.Thanks very much back to sleep, and to George and Natalie in particular. We highly recommend back to sleep for a thorough, no fuss, clearly explained assessment of your sleeping/bedding needs and for providing cost effective and excellent bedding.

As a uni student looking for a new bed is overwhelming but you come out feeling liberated at trusting good quality customer service. I understand now why the reviews were so good, the consultant was a trained remedial massage therapist who was able to support me through the pillow buying process. George and his team are amazing. We went 6 years ago as our sleep was terrible, we were in pain and woke up feeling groggy. George assessed our needs and provided the perfect bed and our sleep has never been better. We also bought a massage chair which I was worried about the cost but oh my has been one of the best investments! Just came back this week for a single king bed for my 4yr old son. George was still delightful, knowledgeable and assured me we wouldn’t need a new mattress for my little one for many years. I really recommend going to see him and the team to invest in your well-being.

After realising that it had been so long since my last mattress, I dragged my adult son along and got new mattresses and pillows for both of us. There are literally not enough words in the English language to describe just how amazing back to sleep are ! My current mattress was causing me so many issues so my chiropractor told me to have a chat to the team at BTS.Due to covid I had a phone consult with Connie and WOW someone give this woman a medal !!! She had so much knowledge about sleep, sleep hygiene, posture and she took the time to understand my needs and went over the notes my chiro sent her. She was extremely thorough in understanding my specific needs.After the phone consult I was literally crying happy tears of joy, relief and appreciation.I cannot wait to get my new mattress and continue my journey to being the best I can be in my health journey.I literally cannot thank Back to sleep enough.These guys are the very best in the business - for amazing quality with knowledgeable staff who genuinely care - look no further !Thankyou SO much Connie and Dr George. Best thing I have ever done buying a bed, mattress and pillows from back to sleep. No more waking up every hour or so, no more back aches and big smiles from me at bed time. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Back To Sleep.

I have spinal stenosis and was searching the net for some information that would relieve pain as I don't want to stay on medication. I came across back to sleep who offered a free Pillow Consultation. I did not know this even existed!!! I walked into the store 20 mins after my appointment time, and the lovely young lady was extremely helpful. It took 10 mins to evaluate my situation and I ended up walking out with a pillow and cover.That first night, I slept so good. Woke up in the morning with not as sore a neck. I have had it now for a week, and my morning pain is about 80% less. I can only attribute it to this new memory pillow that was offered to me. I strongly recommend anyone that is having any neck, shoulder or back problems to look into their pillow and attend a consultation with these people. They are really helpful and know what they are talking about. Thank you so much Back to Sleep!!!!

Purchased my mattress from Back To Sleep and it is changing the way I sleep! I love everything about it and will definitely be returning when i upgrade. The staff on hand were great and they helped me narrow down which mattress was right for me.I have already recommended them to many friends!

I have been sleeping on back to sleep mattresses for over 10 years, and have recently purchased an adjustable base. The service myself and my wife received was just as sensational as 10 years ago - EXCEPTIONAL!!! From their smiling faces, to the knowledge they have; we couldn't recommend them enough! Sleep has never been this good!
