To use it, the Transmitter is connected to the Bed Pad, which sits on top of the mattress, under the sheet, positioned beneath the person’s shoulders. When the person sits up or leaves the bed, the pressure on the pad is released. This activates the transmitter, which then sends a signal to the 6 Channel Monitor, triggering an audible alarm.
