The Australian made Oscar Health Flex Profile Wipe Down Plush Feel Mattress (with side walls) has been developed to offer superior comfort and functionality. Health Flex Wipe Down utilises Joyce HygroFlex foam which has been tested by RMIT University to show the following benefits:

  • No 'sinking' feeling that most memory foams experience
  • More effective weight redistribution compared with traditional memory foams

The HealthFlex Profile Wipe-Down mattress is covered in a medical grade 4 way stretch fabric that is waterproof but breathable and has four convenient carry handles. HygoFlex open cell foam is located above the mattress core to promote excellent airflow and temperature regulation.

HealthFlex Profile Wipe-Down is a clinical mattress designed for the home environment. Classified as suitable for users at low risk of developing a pressure injury. Firm side walls are designed to provide transfer support with built in hinge points allowing flexibility where electric beds articulate.

The mattress core contains graduated firmness foam layers, all 35 density and above, [none of these layers are memory foam], selected after extensive pressure mapping to create the right balance between comfort and support, without creating a ‘sinking feeling’, to enhance bed mobility ease for the user.
