Placed under the knees, it supports comfort, accommodates hip and knee flexion contractures, provides slight hip abduction with its medial thigh support, and can also be used behind the shoulders, neck, or head for upper‑body support.

Assists with pressure distribution away from high-risk areas which include the sacrum, ischial tuberosities and heels.
