The Pulsair Choice Mattress is a dynamic alternating air mattress system developed for those at high risk of pressure injuries. It features a unique 1-in-4 cell cycle that ensures 75% body support at all times, while the fourth cell deflates to reduce pressure and encourage tissue reperfusion. This cycle supports patient comfort while helping prevent stimulus-related issues such as muscle spasms.

Its patented Auto Support technology automatically adjusts internal cell pressures in real time – responding to patient movement, weight and positioning without manual intervention. Ortho-Differential Support (ODS) creates firmer edges for transfers and safety, with a softer central zone for comfort.

The multi-stretch mattress cover reduces shear, friction and fluid ingress. It’s also waterproof and vapour permeable to support skin integrity and hygiene.

A silent, lightweight pump unit with hanging brackets and a carry handle enables easy setup and reliable operation. Features like comfort control, low air loss microclimate management and CPR deflation enhance clinical performance and carer convenience.
